Yoni Steam guide
  1. Cleanse your space in which you will perform your Yoni Steam.

  2. Place two quarts of filtered water into your pot and bring to a boil.

  3. Add ½-1 cup of the Yoni Steam Herbal Blend to the boiling water. Stir well.

  4. Cover and steep with lid on for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and allow water to naturally cool with the lid on for 5 minutes.

  6. Remove lid and check the temperature of steam by waving your hand 10 inches above the steam. (If temperature is too warm allow for more cooling. If temperature is satisfactory to your liking, proceed to step 7).

  7. Carefully pour your herbal mixture into your 3-Quart stainless steel or glass bowl (never use plastic bowls).

  8. Position your bowl under your desired Yoni Steam seat ensuring the distance is approximately 15 inches from the bowl to where you will be sitting.

  9. Disrobe from the waist down and carefully sit down on the chair or seat, and begin your steaming experience until the steam naturally stops releasing---about 20-30 minutes. The steam should be gentle and warm—if the steam is too hot carefully stand up and allow steam to cool to your liking.

*Be sure to keep socks or slippers on and wrap your legs and waist with a warm blanket to keep the steam inside. Meditate, Read, Journal, or Listen to soothing, uplifting music, this is your time to just be.

**At the completion of steaming, be sure to remain warm and take up to an hour for your mind and body to relax. Remain adequately hydrated and intake raw fruits and vegetables as desired. Discard of the herbal mixture into the earth.

What to Expect:

The next 1-2 cycles you may experience temporary Increase in menstrual flow (due to cleansing) and releasing of darker colored blood (due to detoxifying). With continuous steaming these effects will subside as your cycle regulates and unwanted symptoms are reduced as you cleanse, nourish, tone and promote healing to your womb.
