How often can I steam?

Accepted Answer

Yoni Steaming should be performed no more than 3 times a month. Facial Steaming should be done no more than once per week.

Can I exfoliate after Facial Steaming?

Accepted Answer

When will I receive my products?

While we cannot guarantee certain deliveries, most shipping is processed within 72 business hours of placing an order. Once products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number with your order details and you can manage tracking with the delivery provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Details from your wellness assessment or services you receive will never be shared with anyone. During your Yoni Steam Service, your modesty is of utmost respect and concern. We will discuss the steaming process prior to service (at completion of booking) and at the start of service. If participating in a Yoni Steam Party, the safety and privacy is first and foremost for each Queen participating. We will discuss setups of steaming sessions to ensure everyones privacy is respected.

I scheduled a Mobile Yoni Steam Service and due to unforeseen events, I need to cancel. Can I cancel my service?"

While we were thirlled to facilitate your Yoni Steam Service, we understand things happen and plans must be changed. You may cancel your Yoni Steam Service at any time prior to 48 hours prior to the service day. You deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned. You may reschedule your service to better accommodate a new date and time, based on availability.   Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Can I get a refund?
